4. 上課前，學員需先預習當週討論主題，以期與同學、老師一起進行熱烈地討論。
教學內容
In a relaxed but challenging atmosphere, Modern Business Topic is a discussion class that explores many aspects of our current economic and business world (i.e.: Branding, The Innovator’s DNA, Europe vs. Asia, What is needed for 2011, Creating Shared Value…)
Students are expected to thoroughly read the material sent to them a week in advance, and be ready to fully participate in class by answering and questioning other students or/and the teacher. Some preparation is then required. A typical class agenda is as follow:
1. Students ask and answer the warm-up questions
2. Students comment the article(s)
3. Students answer discussion questions
4. There may be some students’ presentation on business topics of their choice
This course, 8 times 3 hours over a period of 6 months, is an excellent practice for students preparing to study abroad or for all students with a very good level of English (level I to J*) who are in need of debating hot business issues, exploring the status quo and practicing their English.
*If you have a lower level you can ask a special permission to attend the class.
