※持有學生簽證來台的人，需每週至少研習中文超過15小時。
If you come to Taiwan with a student visa (FR), please be sure to attend classes at least 15 hours a week.

【課程報名須知】

1.本課程1人即可開班，請先填寫需求單讓我們了解您的學習背景及目標。
2.每一小時課程包含50 分鐘上課及10分鐘休息時間。
3.課程開始後不得要求變更上課時間，若未事先請假，無論任何事由缺席者皆不得要求退款。
5.因自然災害發生時，政府機關宣布停止上班上課者，本校以補課方式處理，不得要求退款。

【請假辦法】

1.請於一個工作日前通知中心辦公室請假，當天請假者恕不補課，且缺席者不能請他人代上；合班課不得請假補課。
2.學生已按規定請假者，可與任課老師商選時間補課，並請見諒恕不退費。
3.課程時數內，可請假次數，超過請假次數者，上課押金恕不退回。

【退費辦法】

☆ 學生於課程時數未結束前，因各種原因要求提前結束，依照下列標準退費。(以台灣時區為主)
1.完成繳費後，上課前：可退所繳交費用之90%
2.上課後至上課1/3 時數前:退費50%
3.上課後超過1/3 時數:不退費

★Missing Classes：

1. Please inform the MLC office about your absence one day before the class is scheduled.
If you plan to be absent, you cannot ask someone else to take the class in your place.
If students give the notice on the class day, there will be no make-up class.

2. If the absence notice is within the stated guidelines, students can arrange another class time with the teacher, but refunds will not be offered.

3. There will be no refunds if a student's absence has exceeded the defined absence limit in the absence regulations.


□ Refund Policy:

※If a student wishes to end the class early for any reason(Based on Taiwan time zone), the following applies:

Refund → Refund Period
Refund 90％ → Already registered but before class has begun
Refund 50％ → Attended 1/3 of the classes
No Refund → Attended over 1/3 of the classes
