The importance of this course: Accompany with the globalization of business, although MNEs possess cross-national resources (capital, materials, human resources, skills, markets, etc.), key factors to success lie in leader’s operational philosophy and their ethical attitudes, which have a significant effect not only on operating and welfare systems of a business but also on employee’s vitality. Since the ethical and moral issues have become major factors to the success of MNEs, such topics would also become important courses to train today’s cross-national managers.
