國際經貿及企業經營全球化是世界的趨勢，全球移動力是未來人才所需具備的重要潛力。因此為提升青年的國際移動力，教育部因此開辦「學海飛颺」及「學海惜珠」獎助計畫，鼓勵年輕學子參與國際交流與合作活動，培養具有國際視野及實務經驗的專業人才。期待有更多青年挑戰自我，勇敢出國築夢。

The globalization of international trade and business operations is a world trend, and global mobility is a necessary strength for future talents. To enhance the international mobility of young people, the Ministry of Education provides scholarships to encourage students to participate in international exchange and activities, cultivate international perspectives and practical experience, and challenge themselves in achieving their dreams to study abroad.

中國文化大學為培養具有國際移動力的學生，力推國際化學習三支箭。第一是鼓勵學生在學期間短期出國研習；第二是鼓勵學生選擇雙聯學位學制；第三是在學位完成後無國界實習；跨越國界的學習與實習，讓理論和實務結合，同時有薪實習亦可降低經濟負擔。這三支箭皆可透過學生學習過程中的國際經驗，不但增加其學習效果，並且奠定同學未來較佳的就業或深造的機會。

本校為更鼓勵同學參與國際學習，除原有教育部提供的「學海飛颺」及「學海惜珠」獎助計畫外，另外本校再自行提供「國際移動力獎學金」以鼓勵學生出國學習。

To cultivate students' international mobility, Chinese Culture University promotes three policies of international learning. The first is encouraging students to go abroad for short-term study during the semester; the second is encouraging students to study dual degree programs; the third is encouraging students to intern without borders after completing their degrees. Through cross-border learning and internships, students learn to combine theory and practice, and paid internships also reduce the financial burden. These three policies allow students to learn international experience, which not only increases their learning outcome but also provides students with better opportunities for employment or further study in the future.

To encourage students to participate in international learning, in addition to the scholarship programs provided by the Ministry of Education, CCU also provides an "International Mobility Scholarship" for students who decide to study abroad.
